Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh of the Vietnamese Government emphasized that the Government will make
every effort to realize the 2025 plan, creating a solid foundation for the country to firmly enter the new era.
At the national video conference on summarizing the work in 2024 and deploying the tasks of the Government
and local authorities in 2025 held on the morning of January 8, after listening to the direction of General Secretary To Lam,
the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a concluding
speech at the Conference on Committing to Make Every Effort to Achieve the 2025 Plan.
Fan Mingzheng said that 2025 is the last year of the 5-year plan 2021-2025, and is expected to face many difficulties and challenges.
The Vietnamese Government needs to review targets and tasks, strive to complete unachieved targets to strive to achieve the
highest goal of the 2021-2025 five-year plan; actively perfect the organizational structure, ensure normal and effective operations;
ensure the successful organization of party congresses at all levels and prepare for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
In that context, the Government, ministries, branches and local authorities must adhere to the policy of "self-awareness and responsibility,
proactiveness and timeliness, streamlining and efficiency, accelerating breakthroughs", comply with "the leadership of the Party,
the government's solidarity, the support of the National Assembly, in view of the support of the people, the expectations of the homeland,
the help of international friends", we should only talk and do, not retreat.
In this spirit, the Government will prioritize promoting economic growth and stabilizing the macro-economic market,
ensuring that the economy operates within a reasonable range, striving to achieve an economic growth rate of at least 8% or more;
such as investment, consumption and export. At the same time, create breakthroughs, focus on nurturing new driving forces such
as digital transformation, green transformation, semiconductors, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things,
cloud computing, biomedicine, cultural industry, entertainment industry, clean energy... build breakthrough policies,
mobilize social resources, maximize the resources of enterprises and promote the strong development of private enterprises.
The Prime Minister requested ministries, departments and local authorities to effectively implement the summary of Resolution
No. 18; promote organizational reform "streamlining, simplifying, perfecting, effective, efficient" and effectively implementing the Politburo;
The Central Committee's policy of developing breakthroughs in science and technology innovation and Resolution No.

protecting independence, sovereignty, maintaining political security and social stability; promoting international integration;
effectively resolve long-standing stagnation issues.
Mr. Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the Government, Government members, ministries and local leaders are determined

the business community and all cadres, civil servants and workers are determined to successfully implement the 2025 plan,
