Clarification of the Company's affiliation and legality

Dear Members and Partners:

Recently, we have received feedback from a number of customers regarding misunderstandings and questions regarding whether ESOMAR Vietnam

 Co., Ltd. is affiliated with a company in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In response, we would like to respectfully declare as follows:

Since its establishment, ESOMAR Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been an international market research organization registered in Vietnam in accordance with the law, 

legally authorized by ESOMAR Malaysia. We have been granted the right to legally use the trademark "ESOMAR" in Vietnam, verified and approved by 

Vietnamese state agencies, and have been granted business licenses and related operating licenses by the Vietnamese Government.

Regarding the organizational relationship, ESOMAR Vietnam Co., Ltd. and ESOMAR Malaysia are both partners and subsidiaries. This authorized international 

partnership is a trade secret between the two companies and is known only to specific departments within ESOMAR. Non-public information will not be disclosed 

to the public. Therefore, if you or the public contact ESOMAR customer service directly in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, there may be errors or misunderstandings 

due to limited access to information. Please understand.

We would like to reiterate:

ESOMAR Vietnam Co., Ltd. is legally registered and operating. The ESOMAR international trademark license is also verified by the Vietnamese government. 

All business activities are under the supervision and legal protection of the Vietnamese government. We have full legal status and operating license. Any false statement 

about our legality constitutes malicious defamation and commercial competition.

If any individual or business fabricates rumors, slanders, defames or intentionally disseminates false information in any form with the purpose of damaging our reputation, 

misleading the public or disrupting our normal operations, we reserve the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings.
